Cancellation and refund policy

Version 1 · Operated by Drincity Healthtech Solutions LLP

This applies to consultations you pay for online when booking on Dr.incity. Clinics that collect their fee at the desk handle refunds themselves. Your booking follows the version of this policy that was in force when you booked.

What you pay online

Booking online can include a Dr.incity platform fee. Where the clinic takes its consultation fee online too, that is charged with it; otherwise you pay the consultation fee at the clinic when you arrive, and only the platform fee is charged online.

If you cancel a booked appointment

  • The Dr.incity platform fee is not refunded.
  • A consultation fee you paid online: cancel 2 hours or more before your appointment time and it is refunded in full; cancel less than 2 hours before and half is refunded; leave a same-day queue before your consultation starts and it is refunded in full.
  • A consultation fee you pay at the clinic is not charged online, so there is nothing to refund.

If the doctor or clinic cancels, or we could not keep the appointment you paid for, everything you paid online is refunded in full, including the platform fee.

Missed appointments (marked as a no-show by the clinic) are not refunded.

Refunds go back to the card, UPI account or bank you paid with, normally within 5–7 working days.

How to cancel, and where your money goes

Cancel from My Visits in the app or on the website. The refund starts straight away and goes back to the card, UPI account or bank you paid with — you don't need to ask for it. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show it.
