Terms of Service

Last updated 18 July 2026 · Operated by GarunaCDX Software Solutions LLP (“Dr.incity”, “we”, “us”)

These terms govern your use of the Dr.incity mobile app, website, and clinic dashboards. By creating an account or booking through Dr.incity you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Dr.incity is — and is not

Dr.incity lets you find participating clinics, book a consultation, and track your live queue position. We are a booking and queueing platform only.

Dr.incity does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical care. In a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital directly — do not book through the app.

Clinics and doctors on Dr.incity are independent providers. They are responsible for the care they deliver, their fees, and the actual running of their queue. We verify that listed clinics are legitimate operating businesses and that doctors carry a valid medical registration number, but we are not a party to your consultation.

Your account

  • Sign-in is by one-time password (OTP) sent to your phone number. Keep your phone secure — anyone who can receive your OTP can access your account.
  • You must provide your real name so the clinic can identify you.
  • You must be at least 18, or use the service through a parent or guardian.
  • You can delete your account at any time from account settings; see the Privacy Policy for exactly what happens to your data.

Queue positions and wait estimates

  • Wait times are estimates, never guarantees. They are calculated from the clinic’s actual consultation pace that day and can change quickly — consultations run long, doctors take breaks, patients miss their turn.
  • Clinics may insert a medical emergency at the front of the queue. If this moves you back, we tell you by SMS. This is a condition of using a live-queue service for healthcare, and no compensation is owed for the added wait.
  • Your queue position is held for you, but you must be at the clinic and checked in by reception when your turn arrives. If you have not arrived, the queue pauses or moves on and the clinic may mark you as a no-show.
  • The clinic’s reception desk is the final authority on its queue. If the app and the desk ever disagree, the desk is right.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Book appointments you do not intend to attend, or hold slots for resale.
  • Use another person’s phone number or impersonate anyone.
  • Attempt to access other patients’ or other clinics’ data.
  • Interfere with the service’s operation or attempt to bypass its security.

We may suspend accounts that repeatedly no-show or that abuse the service, after reasonable notice where practicable.

Service availability

We aim to keep Dr.incity available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Live updates depend on your network connection and the clinic’s participation. If the service is unavailable, you can always walk in and use the clinic’s desk directly.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr.incity is not liable for the medical care you receive, for a clinic’s handling of its queue, or for losses arising from wait-time estimates, SMS delivery delays, or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app and take effect only after you re-accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra having exclusive jurisdiction.
