Where the line is
Not in Tier 1 yet, on purpose
- Live GPS tracking of the ambulance — status is entered by the hospital’s front desk, not device-tracked.
- A computed traffic ETA — no "4 minutes away" estimate yet.
- A family tracking link (WhatsApp/SMS live location).
- Cross-facility transfers — Tier 1 books a hospital’s own fleet to its own destination, not fleet-at-A / destination-at-B.
